Services means ordering, payment processing, logistics coordination, and delivery services provided through the platform.
Arabisk operates as a technology marketplace connecting customers with merchants.
Arabisk:
does not prepare products,
does not manufacture goods,
does not control food quality or product safety.
Merchants remain fully responsible for:
product quality,
preparation,
packaging,
pricing accuracy,
regulatory compliance.
Users may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
provide accurate information,
maintain account confidentiality,
notify Arabisk of unauthorized use.
Arabisk reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these Terms.
Orders placed through Arabisk are processed on behalf of the Merchant.
Payments may be completed via:
debit cards,
credit cards,
online payment gateways,
digital payment solutions approved in Oman.
All payments are securely processed through authorized payment providers.
Delivery may be performed through:
delivery riders,
logistics partners,
future autonomous delivery solutions including drone delivery where permitted by law.
Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary due to operational conditions.
Prices displayed on the platform are determined by Merchants.
Additional charges may include:
delivery fees,
service fees,
applicable taxes (VAT).
Arabisk reserves the right to update fees when necessary.
Orders may be cancelled depending on merchant preparation status.
Refunds may be issued in cases such as:
unavailable items,
incorrect orders,
failed delivery,
payment errors.
Refund decisions remain subject to investigation by Arabisk.
Arabisk shall not be liable for:
food quality issues,
allergic reactions,
product defects,
merchant preparation delays,
merchant operational failures.
To the maximum extent permitted under Omani law, Arabisk’s liability shall be limited to the value of the affected order.
Users agree not to:
misuse the platform,
submit fraudulent orders,
interfere with system operations,
violate applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
All platform content including:
logos,
software,
design,
branding,
graphics
are the exclusive property of Arabisk and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Arabisk collects and processes user information solely for service operation, payment processing, and platform improvement.
Data handling complies with applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
Arabisk may:
modify services,
suspend operations,
introduce new features,
without prior notice when required for operational or security reasons.
Arabisk reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Omani courts.
